The following Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between indianonlineevisa.org and its clients regarding the provision of e-Visa consultancy services. By using our services, clients agree to comply with the terms outlined herein. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including those browsing our website or providing personal information without using our services. We may update these terms periodically, and any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes. 1. Limitation of Liability
Indianonlineevisa.org and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website content.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Acts of government authorities, national emergencies, insurrections, war, or riots
- Merchant failures to honor cards or provide services
- Communication system or internet failures
- Equipment or payment system malfunctions
If held liable, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for using our services. Clients cannot claim indirect, consequential, or special damages.
2. User Accounts and Content Restrictions
Users may not post or transmit through indianonlineevisa.org any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable material. This includes content encouraging criminal activity, civil liability, or violation of applicable laws.
3. Indian Visa Application Process
- Eligibility: Applicants from eligible countries may apply for Indian e-Tourist and e-Business visas at least 1 day prior to arrival for durations of 30 days, 1 year, or 5 years.
- Medical, Attendant, and Conference Visas: Applications must be submitted at least 4 days prior to arrival and are valid for up to 120 days.
Required Documents:
- Recent colored passport-size photograph with plain white background
- Scanned copy of a valid passport page with personal details
- Additional documents depending on the visa type
Applications may be rejected if documents or images are unclear or do not meet Government of India specifications. Customer support can assist with document uploads.
Visa Fees and Payment:
- e-Visa fees vary by country; a 3% bank transaction charge applies.
- Payment must be made at least 48 hours before travel.
Travel Requirements:
- Carry a copy of your Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) with status marked as “GRANTED.”
- Biometric and other details will be captured at immigration checkpoints on arrival.
- e-Visa is non-changeable, non-extendable, and non-convertible. It does not allow entry to Protected, Restricted, or Cantonment Areas without prior permission.
- Nationals from Yellow Fever-affected countries must carry a Yellow Fever Vaccination Card.
- Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival with at least two blank pages.
- Travel must be on the passport used to apply for the e-Visa.
Exclusions:
- e-Visa is not available for diplomatic/official passport holders, Laissez-passer documents, individuals endorsed on another passport, Pakistani nationals, or international travel document holders.
Important Note:
If your application is incomplete, lost, or there is a payment issue, contact info@indianonlineevisa.org before submitting a new application to avoid duplication, which may result in rejection.
4. Services, Pricing, and Payments
- Services may be refused at any time at our discretion.
- After submission and payment, clients receive a confirmation email with a copy of the application and invoice.
- Payment methods accepted: RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer.
- Fees are subject to change and exclude applicable taxes.
- Applications are processed within 3 business days, with visa grant/rejection emailed within 4–7 business days.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- e-Visa fees are 100% non-refundable.
- Approval or rejection is at the discretion of the Indian Government.
- Indianonlineevisa.org is responsible only for processing the application, not for visa approval.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Indian law, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
